This is a safety net so that in the unlikely event that we suffer financial failure before your move is completed that you have not lost any payment already made. Track and manage your move online
All customers are allocated a dedicated move coordinator who will guide you through the international moving process every step of the way, providing you with all the information you need and keeping you up to date. However, if you prefer to access this information and handle parts of your move management yourself we provide a free online portal which you can access on your PC, tablet or smartphone, to allow you to do this. Here you can track your key moving dates and milestones, view your move documents, upload any forms you need to complete and find out customs and other useful information regarding your destination.
