They win awards for a reason they care about their customers, the service is the best they make the whole thing look easy and most importantly the biggest stress I was going through was removed after I met the removal team who turned up to my house. They were simply amazing.

This is the third time I have organised an international shipment and in all the three times I used a different provider (in the first 2 shipments the company was chosen by my employer while this time I picked Bournes myself). I was very impressed by the crew who packed my belongings in UK: they handled and packed all the items very carefully and the precise description of the content of the boxes really helped during the unpacking process.

You often only hear of the negative experiences people have with their movers but I'm hugely grateful for the piece of mind we received from Bournes. From our initial consultation right though the delivery in Melbourne, we were very impressed.  Our quotation by Robert was thorough, the process explained clearly and our questions answered promptly. On the day of moving the three movers were polite, fast and careful. They really were amazing and took much of the stress off us. We liked that we could track our shipment on the online portal and our move manager was excellent; always helpful and professional.  We had no complaints and the agents used on the Melbourne side were equally as excellent.  They delivered as planned and were thorough when boxes were being ticked off. We would highly recommend Bournes if you are moving within the UK or overseas. They have been excellent in what can be a stressful process.  Thank you!
