During the last 50years we have used your firm several times and each time we have been very pleased with your service. Last Wednesday your team excelled themselves. The gentleman in charge and his two young assistants could not have been more pleasant, helpful and friendly. It was a very difficult move for my husband and I but your team made it as smooth and comfortable. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and consideration. We have no worries about our belongs being stored with you and know that they will be returned to us and unpacked with the same care and efficiency that was previous shown. We chose Bournes as the prices were the most competitive. We were impressed with our initial consultation and they offered good value for their services. From our initial consultation right though the delivery in Melbourne, we were very impressed. Our quotation by Robert was thorough, the process explained clearly and our questions answered promptly. On the day of moving the three movers were polite, fast and careful. They really were amazing and took much of the stress off us. We liked that we could track our shipment on the online portal and our contact, Katia, was excellent; always helpful and professional. We had no complaints and the agents used on the Melbourne side were equally as excellent. They delivered as planned and were thorough when boxes were being ticked off. The ladies on both the UK side and the US side where empathetic and supportive. When you move country and your whole life is thrown in the air, it's pretty tough, and when some parts seems to be trouble free and going well, it’s a huge relief and these ladies through their great communications skills were a huge help to emotionally help to hold it all together!

We have done four international moves and two domestic moves. This was by far our best move. The Bournes team was very professional at every level. Our move crew was excellent. It was clear that they took their job seriously and liked working together as a team. They were organised and had a clear plan of action. They were calm, polite, energetic and a lovely group of men to have in our home. It was even nice to see them when they picked up our empty boxes a few weeks after the move. We also appreciate that Bournes is in their fifth generation which is in itself amazing.

The guys who carried out the move were to be fair exceptional. They say house moving is one of the most stressful things you can do! We can honestly say the day was pretty much stress free. From the moment they arrived til the time they left it was a pleasure to deal with them.  Thank you!

The team were brilliant, they listened to our requests, kept in touch, were always friendly, polite and everything was explained clearly and simply.   Our removal date kept changing but each time Scott was calm, professional and able to confirm they could still help.   And help they did - on packing day Lester arrived and worked methodically, nonstop, until the job was done. What a star.   On removal day the team arrived and set to, again everyone was friendly and got on with the job. They were efficient, considerate and careful, which certainly helped us to have as little stress as possible.  The same diligence was applied when it came to unloading the boxes. What a team.
