“It says a lot for a company when the employees that I met had all been with you for many years. Retention of staff and their loyalty to the company was impressive.” Customer feedback Survey comment .

“I joined Bournes early in 2014 as a UK move coordinator with no experience. I really liked that the company was a family run business and I am supported to progress and grow in my role. I’ve learnt a lot on the job from my colleagues as well as through training opportunities like the FIDI EiM course in Amsterdam which I passed in 2015 before joining the International Move Coordination team. What I love most about my job is our team, and the colleagues who have become best friends.”
“I have been with Bournes since April 2016 and one of my early impressions in the first few months I was part of the team was that when they say ‘with Bournes it’s personal’ it really is, and I thought this was great. As with any company of course they have an eye on the bottom line and the success of the business, however, it was quickly clear to me that as a company Bournes seem to take the time to listen and look after the people that help to make Bournes what it is, which makes for a very happy place to be!"
“I moved back to Kent in 2016 for a fresh start and was welcomed in to the fold of the Bournes ‘family’. They have enabled me in my role of “Global Relocation Specialist” to take control of my work and make decisions based on my judgements, which I really enjoy. As a Company, Bournes are transparent in their aims and honest in how they will be achieved. Being a part of a team with the same aims makes hard work worth it when we reach our goals!”
