Temporary Housing process

1. Needs Assessment

We'll work with your employee to identify their individual requirements and preferences for short term housing - from size and style to budget, location and facilities.

If additional relocation services have also been authorised these will be managed together under the single coordination of the Dedicated Relocation manager.

2. Property Search

We will search the whole market for properties that match your Employees needs and your criteria including appropriate licences, insurances and levels of maintenance and services. We will also negotiate best possible rates and rental terms.

3. Property Selection

We will share shortlisted options including specifications and images, and help the employee make the best selection for them.

4. Booking

We will handle the booking process including any administration and ensure everything is in place for the employee's arrival.
