Around 5pm today (5th September 2017) firefighters from East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) will be carrying out a training exercise at Bournes Rye site on Rye Harbour Road.

Congratulations to our Quality and Training Manager, Hayley Couzens, who recently completed a gruelling 65 mile charity bike ride in aid of Breast Cancer Care.

Hayley had been training for several months in the run up to the race, which took place overnight in Central London on Saturday May 28th. Ride the Night is the UK's first ever women-only bike ride which aims to raise money for the three main female charities - Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action....

Congratulations to Tricia Skinner, the recpetionist at Bournes Moves' Rye HQ, who has completed the Hastings Half Marathon in aid of the MS Society.
