A stress-free experience
"From our first approach to the moment the Bournes team drove away from our daughter's new flat, having completed the move, this was a stress-free experience. Each element worked well, the administration, the quotation, the packing and the transport spread over two days, to accommodate our daughter's health/energy needs. Mark's team were pleasant, flexible and helpful in every respect; each item was well-wrapped and carried with care. Thanks are also due to Julia who made sure we had the paperwork right and who answered multiple queries from me. It is likely we will need to move ourselves in the next few years, so we know exactly which company we will use. It will have to be Bournes."

"What should have been a simple pack-storage-deliver became a tangled 6 month disaster because 2 homes I was buying fell through one after the other. But Bournes and my assigned 'Moving assistant' Julia became almost part of my family, supporting me in every way to ensure that when I finally moved into my new house everything was done to make it as easy as possible for me - even to the team repositioning furniture that I changed my mind about. I had chosen to have my all possessions packed by Bournes and Nasa couldn't have wrapped precious items more carefully for a journey to Mars. Well done Bournes!"
