Bournes are proud to offer all clients the opportunity to incorporate sustainability into relocation services by offsetting the carbon emissions generated by household goods moves, through the ecolegIT sustainability program.

A few years ago we changed our customer satisfaction scoring system to try and find out more than just ‘if’ the assignees we relocated were happy, but also why. We wanted to know what it was about their experience that made it a positive one; what made them delighted or when they didn’t feel that way, where had we got it wrong and what could we do to fix it?

As many companies are starting to see some shoots of optimism we believe now is a great time to be reviewing and adjusting Global Mobility programmes, policies and mindset to complement some of the changes and opportunities that have arisen in the past 12 months.

Today we are seeing at least 4 generations in the workplace. In fact, in some companies there are 5 as Traditionalists (born pre-1946) delay retirement.
