We’re delighted to announce BounSEN CIC in Kings Hill (served by our Tunbridge Wells removals depot) as the winner of our November £150 charity donation, part of our Bournes Moves 150th anniversary celebrations!
Supporting a safe, inclusive and joyful space for SEN families
BounSEN CIC is an inspiring volunteer-run organisation that provides a safe, inclusive, non-judgemental — and most importantly, fun — space exclusively for children and adults with autism and/or learning disabilities.
The team pour an enormous amount of care into the details that matter most to families with additional needs. From favourite safe foods (wrapped or unwrapped) from Santa, to wheelchair-friendly dens, to having adults on the door for children who may be at risk of absconding, every element is thoughtfully planned to help visitors feel comfortable, welcome and free to enjoy themselves.
They also run fantastic special events, including their hugely popular inflatable Christmas sessions, which bring the community together for seasonal fun in a safe and supportive environment.
We’re thrilled that our donation will go directly towards their February half-term SEN sessions — a brilliant initiative, and one we’re proud to help support.
