Corporate Account Manager

Hours: Full Time, Permanent (Mon-Fri 8.30 - 17:00)

Location: Remote, Hybrid or Office Based positions considered.  Must be within1 hr commuting distance of a Bournes office ( Rye, Tunbridge Wells, Cranleigh or Aylesbury) and willing to travel to office-based team meetings in Aylesbury 3–4 times per year

If you’re an experienced Corporate Account Manager (or in a relevant role) with a strong understanding of global mobility — especially UK, European and international moves — and want to be part of a passionate, professional and friendly team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate, RMC and trade clients, delivering exceptional service from implementation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across shipping, DSP, and logistics to ensure seamless move experiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients - delivering high-quality, proactive communication and support.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular feedback, reporting and insights to senior leadership on account performance.
  • Help shape best practices across the Corporate Services Team by sharing learnings and supporting newer colleagues.

Key Requirements

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in the corporate household goods moving sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK, international and European relocation processes.
  • Experience managing or working closely with RMCs and DSPs is highly desirable.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, negotiate rates and maximise client value.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a standout client experience.
  • High attention to detail with confidence using CRM and move management systems (Moveware experience a bonus).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a supportive team.
