This is my 2nd experience with Bournes & happened to work with Naomi who assisted me last time as well. The process of relocation support was very smooth & Naomi is very quick in handling all tasks & always reachable. She gets things done very quickly which helped me both the times. I would recommend Bournes & Naomi's assistance to any of our colleagues & friends.

With regard to apartment hunting, Robin was a pleasure to work with: professional, patient, perceptive and extremely knowledgeable about the Edinburgh rental market, neighborhoods and rental companies, as well as the rental process. He made finding a flat as simple, straightforward and pleasant as it could possible be.  As far as moving our household goods from the US to Edinburgh, Marilyn coordinated the process in a professional fashion and proved an invaluable resource. Most importantly, she communicated in a timely manner in all phases of the process. 

I’m very excited about my upcoming move to London, and my consultant has been beyond fantastic throughout the process. She has given me all of the information needed to make an informed decision, and took the time to really get to know my needs and search for flats that fit the criteria. She was also incredibly responsive to my questions, and made herself available as needed.

Mel has been wonderful! She was challenged to find a studio at my price point (and my tight timeline!) but despite the challenge shared a comprehensive range yesterday. I’m very happy with the place we have found.
