The coordinator's services were very good and professional. He took the time to explain many of the things that I had issues with and kept me informed about my shipment as he was receiving the information.

Kate Wapling was very patient and helpful. Also, I felt the quoters were professional and informative, all parties both UK and US were very efficient and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.

I would like to say that in totality, the shipment of my belongings from my house in New Jersey (USA) to my cottage in the UK was without doubt outstanding. I confess I was not organised enough for the Bournes crew, having had a generally extremely rushed and pressurised month and a half prior to actually getting my items ready for their journey. The Bournes people took everything in stride, and could not have been more pleasant, efficient and certainly made up for what must surely have been lost time, with their expertise in doing their job. The people who made the final journey to my cottage with my belongings were extremely impressed with the quality of work and products used for my shipment -they said so repeatedly. All in all, I would like to say that I rate Bournes as absolutely Top Class all the way.

We were delighted with the service both in Dubai and in the UK! The shipment was received in good order and your crew were on time, helpful, polite and very professional - nothing was too much trouble!

Excellent sales service and support especially from Robert [Move Consultant].  He was always available to answer questions and queries and provide support during a very stressful process.

Packing crew in Dallas, TX were highly efficient, friendly and professional. Same can be said of the delivery crew in the UK. Customer service provided by Leon and then Salim (our move manager) was prompt, professional and courteous! Every item delivered in perfect condition including some fairly fragile furniture items, TVs and Mac computers. A job well done and took the stress right out of the moving process. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!
